Our rates vary by season.  There are three seasons:

 

 

High Season

January 4 - April 15

Low Season

April 15 - December 18

Holiday

December 18 - January 3

There is a 7 day minimum stay for high season and holiday, 5 for low season (email me for possible exceptions).

Blue Coral sleeps up to 8 adults.  The 7th and 8th person are an extra $250 per stay.

*A 12.5% hotel tax is additional.

*A $100 damage waiver fee and $250 cleaning fee are additional.
